AGRI GX TERMINALは、作物と日々の作業、使える技術、費用と回収、土・水・生きもの、支援制度、計画書づくりをつなぐ道具です。6つの実務の立場に「仕事で学ぶ方」を加えた7つの入口があり、左のメニューは選んだ入口に合わせて変わります。
AGRI GX TERMINAL connects crops and farm work, suitable technologies, cost and payback, soil, water and nature, support programmes and project planning. It provides seven starting points: six practitioner roles plus a business learner. The left menu changes to match your choice.

地域、作物、広さ、金額などを確認します。わからない欄は初期値のままで進めます。初期値は確定情報ではなく、比較用の例です。
Review region, crop, scale and amounts. Leave unknown fields at their defaults; defaults are examples for comparison, not confirmed facts.

「案件実務化」は、既存画面で選んだ作物・技術・農法・地域を、同じ案件IDの下で事実と証拠へ変える共通画面です。農家だけでなく、技術事業者、食品企業、投資家、金融機関、自治体・地域も、自分の判断単位で同じ案件を扱えます。入力内容はこの端末内に保存され、JSONでバックアップできます。
Project Desk is the shared workspace that turns crops, technologies, practices and regions selected elsewhere into facts and evidence under one project ID. Farmers, technology providers, food companies, investors, financial institutions and regional actors can all work on the same project from their own decision unit. Entries remain on this device and can be backed up as JSON.

案件を作成・複製・切替・アーカイブし、役割、地域、対象、規模、更新版を分けて保存します。「現在の条件を取り込む」は明示的な複写で、自動同期ではありません。
Create, duplicate, switch and archive projects, preserving role, region, entity, scale and revision. Importing current selections is an explicit copy, not automatic sync.

Compare plan, baseline and actual only when metric, unit and method match. Estimate, monitoring, certification, issuance, ownership, contract, delivery and execution remain separate; saleable volume stays N/A until all gates pass.
圃場ファクトパックSite fact pack
圃場・畜群・施設ID、規模、位置・境界、土壌、気象、予察、BCP、品質を対象単位で登録します。地図情報と現地実測を混ぜず、必須事実の充足数を表示します。
Register site, herd or facility ID, scale, location and boundary, soil, weather, forecasts, BCP and quality. Map information and field measurements stay separate, with required facts shown explicitly.
47都道府県の公式制度探索先Official gateways for 47 prefectures
全都道府県の公式入口と国の公式検索先を表示し、案件で見つけた制度候補に、適合条件、確認日、証拠、確認済み金額を記録します。公式入口があることと、制度を完全収録したことは区別します。
Use official gateways for all prefectures and national searches, then record eligibility checks, date, evidence and confirmed amount for each project candidate. Gateway coverage is not complete programme coverage.
不明値を0や平均値で埋めませんUnknown values are not filled with zero or averages
未確認値はN/Aのまま残します。GeoJSONに根拠のあるGXスコアがない場合は「未算定」と表示し、採算試算へ送信しません。未採択補助、未認証クレジット、未契約価格も確定収入へ算入しません。
Unconfirmed values remain N/A. A GeoJSON field without a documented GX score is shown as uncalculated and cannot be sent to the economics model. Unawarded support, uncertified credits and unsigned prices are not recognised as confirmed income.

“Find technology” in the top bar searches the MAFF MIDORI Strategy Technology Catalog Ver.6.0 at one official listing per record. It separates the published catalog snapshot of 478 entries from the newer directory of 111 currently certified infrastructure businesses.

Combine keyword, primary crop, contribution and technology class as needed, or start with the GHG, pesticide, fertiliser, organic, water or circularity intent buttons.

Open the official PDF or Excel to review effects, cautions, price range, deployment status and contact. Then continue to site economics, technology DD, regional finance or the appropriate role decision.

Start without a field: crop, technology stack, then finance
画面上部の「コースを選ぶ」から、役割に応じた3コースを選べます。学習・政策検討なら地域や圃場を決めずに開始し、実装段階で現地条件、見積、契約、観測値へ置き換えます。6役割×3コースの計18コースと、6作物×6件の計36技術パターンを実装しています。
Use “Choose a path” in the top bar to select one of three courses for your role. Learning and policy exploration can begin without a region or field; replace representative conditions with site data, quotations, contracts and observations at implementation. The navigator provides 18 courses across six roles and 36 technology patterns across six crop groups.

Review five layers—avoid, reduce, regenerate, enable and MRV—and GHG, water, N/P, soil, biodiversity and other dimensions. Do not double count overlapping costs or benefits.

The MAFF catalog supports discovery of individual technologies. The 36 patterns organise a review process for this site; they are not packages certified or endorsed as a whole by MAFF. Verify performance, applicability, price, supply, programmes, J-Credits, finance and nature outcomes using the linked official record and project-level primary evidence.

食品企業と投資家は、なぜ別の入口ですか？Why are food company and investor separate entry points?
食品企業は調達、オフテイク、供給者支援、Scope 3・表示に日常責任を持ちます。投資家は企業・事業・SPVへの資本、ガバナンス、追加投資、Exitを判断します。同じ企業が両方を担う場合も、契約上の立場を切り替えて記録します。
A food company operates sourcing, offtake, supplier support, Scope 3 and claims. An investor decides capital, governance, follow-on and exit for a company, business or SPV. If one company does both, record the contractual role used for each action.
A〜DとB1〜B4は同じ評価ですか？Are A–D and B1–B4 the same rating?
違います。A〜Dはデータ・証拠の品質、B1〜B4は収益・便益の銀行性です。公式データBであっても、案件の収益が未契約ならB3またはB4です。

単独の主体ではありません。農業者、技術、食品企業、投資家、金融、地域の6プレイヤーが、契約で定めた運転、支払、MRV、主張、監視、是正を分担します。研究・科学は改善を支え、独立保証は別系統で証拠と主張を検証します。
